The Task

New on the Australian market, AYO Water was seeking to position itself as a premium brand, yet wanting to avoid the idea of - being designated to a selected group of consumers. Naturally carbonated with a high percentage of magnesium, the client wanted to promote AYO Water not only as a refreshing drink, but also as a style and a way of life.

The Solution

Our naming proposal was inspired from the - Hey Yo! saying. AYO sounded like some kind of appeal - Hi, check this out! Our idea was to connect the name with a strong image, minimalistic and sharp that will reflect an attitude that is direct, loud and transparent. Like a true friend.
